Note: Uttaradhikari does not store debit/credit card numbers, CVV, or net-banking credentials.

4. Payments & Financial Transactions

Payments are processed exclusively through HDFC Bank–authorized payment gateways.

  • Uttaradhikari never stores payment card or banking credentials
  • Payment data is handled directly by HDFC Bank through PCI-DSS–compliant systems
  • We receive only transaction status, reference IDs, and confirmation details

All payment processing follows RBI guidelines, PCI-DSS standards, and HDFC Bank security policies.

5. Data Safety & Security Practices (Google Play Compliance)

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest where applicable
  • Role-based and logged access to user data
  • No use of sensitive personal data for advertising
  • No sharing of data for cross-app tracking
  • Data retention limited to service delivery and legal compliance needs

8. Account Deletion Policy

  • Users may request deletion through the in-app option (Settings → Delete Account)
  • Or via email from the registered email address

Upon deletion:

  • Personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymized

  • Deleted accounts cannot be restored
